How do I order?

You can browse products by clicking on either the Bags, Purses or Accessories buttons. Click on item picture or name to see item details and view larger pictures. When you have found the product you would like to purchase, click on the 'add to cart' button. When you have everything you need in your shopping cart, click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
I accept payment by Paypal, please note you DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to use this facility.
Please follow the instructions and provide your necessary information. All major credit cards are accepted. When you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail,
and your order will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Just follow the above instructions to order, a shipping cost estimation for your country will be given on checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the quantity of items ordered and the weight of the items ordered. I have tried to keep the cost of shipping as low as possible because I know how annoying high international shipping costs can be. Please see shipping estimation chart on the shipping page for cost reference.

I send all my orders through An Post (Irish Postal Service), by Standard Post.
If you choose to have your order sent with Standard Post please note that I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

If you would like send your order by Registered Post/Other, please state so in the Comment Box during checkout. Registered Post incurs an additional shipping fee.

When you have placed your items in your cart and have proceeded to checkout, you will be shown your shipping total.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

ALL Cutie Rage products ordered from this website are sent giftwrapped!

I am very appreciative of my customers and I like to show it in the presentation of their purchases.

- Small accessories and purses will be wrapped in tissue paper and in an organza gift bag with a Cutie Rage tag attached.

- Large accessories and bags will be wrapped in tissue paper and in a gift box/bag with a Cutie Rage tag attached.

There will be no price tags on the product, only on your paper statement, so if you are giving your order as a gift it can be given without having to be opened first.

All items are then posted in a polythene mailing bag.

Can I return or exchange a damaged product?

Certainly. If you find a flaw in a product, please contact me by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your item. You will be asked to return the product, and I will reimburse the return shipping as well as the original purchase amount upon receipt of the damaged product.
If you are exchanging the product with another product instead of reimbursement, I will calculate the price difference and either reimburse or charge you that amount, depending on which is higher.
When the prices of the two items are the same I will simply ship the new product to you upon receipt of the damaged product.

Please note that items to be returned/exchanged must be unused and in their original condition and packaging: used items cannot be accepted.
Also, I cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping when the Standard Post option has been chosen.

Can I return or exchange a product that is not defective, but I am not satisfied with?

Apologies - but products that are not defective in any way may not be returned or exchanged.
I am a small, independant business and cannot afford the cost of accepting returns and exchanges of non-defective items. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Are all Cutie Rage products 'one of a kind'?

No, not all products are 'one of a kind', but I only make a very small number of each design, usually 2-3 (I get bored easily!). You may spot the same fabrics in various products, sometimes as an exterior, other times as a lining or even as a trim. Some fabrics that I use will be vintage pieces, unusual or rare offcuts, or fabric that is not reorderable - these items will be marked as 'one of a kind' or 'unique' pieces.
Items that I have made only one of with a specific embellishment or trim design will also be marked like this.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I welcome custom orders and I would love to discuss your idea with you, please contact me by email at info@cutierage.com

If you find a product that you like but it is already sold out, please contact me at the above email address and I will let you know if I can produce the same product if the materials are available.

(Please note that two bags made of the same fabric will not necessarily look exactly the same as the pattern on the fabric may show differently depending on the cut.)

Also, if you see a particular design that you like but would prefer a different colour/fabric, please contact me by email to discuss colour and fabric choices.
